Comfortable bed and room, with a good range of amenities including a safe box, TV, and iron. The area is quite nice and the place is fairly clean. 😊

The staff are INCREDIBLE, the hotel is incredibly beautiful and with magnificent location close to nightlife.

Greatly enjoyed the a double room we had. The location seemed excellent and unbeatable to everything in Antigua. The place was minute walk from El Cazador Italiano, where you can have dinner.

Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

We had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special. They allowed us to have breakfast early before our tour and even offered to fill our waters. The included breakfast was not only delicious but also fancy and high-quality. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful art and decor that complement the old stone walls and tile floors. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding area, including volcanoes that erupt every few minutes. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the entire place was impeccably clean. We were truly spoiled and couldn't stop talking about our time here. Highly recommend to anyone visiting this area!

The location is fantastic, only a 10-15 minute walk to Cerro de la Cruz and close to everything in the area.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the very accommodating staff, who even offered to fill our water bottles and provided an early breakfast before our tour. The included breakfast was fancy, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel's central location made it easy to walk to all the attractions in town, and the cleanliness was exceptional.

The room we stayed in was very hot and humid, with poor ventilation and musty air. The only window faced a dark dead end hallway, and the floor air conditioning unit was ineffective.

Our room was small, but cozy and had a charming atmosphere. Despite the lack of AC, the staff promptly provided us with a portable fan to keep us comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect, surrounded by great restaurants and nightlife. I would highly recommend this hotel for its charm, location, and attentive staff.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel located in a very lively neighborhood of the city. The hotel was in excellent condition with really good facilities, parking, and transportation options. Plus, it was very clean and comfortable. The warm and hospitable staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Last but not least, we enjoyed quite a scrumptious breakfast every morning.

The hotel had a great location, within walking distance to many restaurants and nightlife. The building was beautifully decorated with unique alcoves and fountains throughout the entrance. The staff was accommodating and offered a tasty breakfast and comfortable beds.

The lack of air circulation in one of the rooms was a downside. The room had a strong humid smell and the staff provided two portable ventilators as a solution but they were not effective.
